We offer a free confidential, professional counselling service to the Rotorua Community.

Service delivery can focus on but is not limited to:

• How to move through the different stages of grief and loss
• How to manage and avoid abusive behaviours
• Parenting strategies
• Building confidence and self esteem
• Developing one's sense of total well-being

Our counsellors can offer you strategies on how to reduce stress, how things can be done differently, and how to improve/rebuild relationships.
